Clssbb, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Essentials

CLSSBB, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) exam is one of the most significant exam under which applicants are validated on a hundred and fifty questions out of which they have to attain a hundred and twelve or more to pass the exam that means they have to get at least seventy five percent, applicants will be given the time of a hundred and twenty minutes to pass the exam within which the applicants will not be allowed to use any external resources. The candidates will have to carry their identification proof during the exam.

The second section of CLSSBB, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) is called Pre-define DMAIC and Define included which are the DMAIC versus DFSS, Pre-define Pre-requisites and Qualifications, Project Prioritization Matrix, Introduction to Enterprise Wide view versus LOB view, NPV and IRR, Champion’s Tree, Kano Model, Quality Function Deployment, Baseline performance of Y, Business Metrics for Y, Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) and Statistical Definition of Six Sigma.


The CLSSBB, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) third section is called Measure, included which are the Types of Data and Data Distribution models, Scales of Data, Measures of Central Tendency, Measures of Dispersion, Measurement Systems Analysis, Variables GAGE RR, Attribute RR, Stability Check — Importance of Stability, Capability Check — CP, Cpkm explained, How to understand Attribute Capability, Variations, Variability and Capability, Graphical tools to understand Data distribution, Understanding Weibull (2 Parameter, 3 Parameter and Rayleigh) Distribution, Correlating Calculations to Business Measures and Checking Normality of Data.


In the fourth section of CLSSBB, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), applicants have to Analyze, for which the objectives are the Simple Regression, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Charts, Demarcating Common Causes and Special Causes, Hypothesis Tests Parametric and Non-Parametric and Statistical Validation.


The fifth section is named as Improve, in which the applicants study about Cost Benefit Analysis, Solutions Prioritization Matrix, Pugh Matrix, Design of Experiment, Introduction to DOE, Basics of DOE, Replication, Randomization and Blocking, Main Effects and Interaction effects, Full factorial experiments, Fractional factorial experiments, Screened Designs, Response Surface Designs, DOE with Regression and explaining DOE with example.


Control in the CLSSBB, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) sixth section in which the applicants learn about Taguchi’s Loss Function, Control Charts Variable Control Charts and Attribute Control Charts, Measurement System Re-analysis, Control Plan and Project Storyboard Transfer, Project Closure, Introduction to Total Productive Maintenance.


The applicants also learn about Lean Process Improvement that covers the learning of Understanding Lean, The Toyota Production System, The Toyota Production System House, The Five Critical Improvement Concepts, Understanding Value with the Kano Model, Types of Waste, Creating a Lean Enterprise, Understanding Lean, The Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) Cycle, Using the R-DMAIC-S Model, Lean Thinking Tools, Kaizen Events, Data Gathering and Mapping.
