Sixth section is Troubleshooting BlackBerry Desktop Software which covers the identification and resolution of synchronization issues, device detection issues, BlackBerry Desktop Software installation issues and BlackBerry Desktop Redirector issues.


BCP-240: BlackBerry 10 Support Specialist exam consists of sixty four questions that are completed in ninety minutes in which the candidates have to achieve the certification by passing the test.
