Cheap Laptops for Perth Buyers on A Budget

Computer manufacturers want to cater to all consumers, which is why they design units that would suit different preferences, needs, and budgets. This means that there are a number of pretty good cheap laptops that Perth computer shoppers on a tight belt would be able to afford.

If you’re looking for affordable laptops, then you may want to look into the ones on CNet’s list of best budget laptops. This includes:

• Toshiba Satellite U845t. While some may still consider this model quite expensive, it does offer a bit more in terms of specifications. On the outside, you will see its 14-inch widescreen display; and on the inside, it has an Intel Core i5-3337U Processor, a 6GB DDR3 1600MHz memory, and a 128GB Solid State Drive hard disk.

• Sony Vaio Fit 14. This runs on an Intel Pentium Processor, matched with a 2GB memory and a 500 GB hard disk. It has a 14-inch 1366x768 resolution display, and comes preloaded with Windows 8 Single Language.

• Asus Transformer Book T100. This has a 10.1-inch HD IPS display with multi-touch, and functions as both a laptop and a tablet. It is powered by a Quad core Intel Atom processor, with a 2GB memory, and a 32G or 64G storage.

• Lenovo G580. The G580 comes in several models, and specs can range from Intel Celeron B800 to 3rd Generation Intel Core i5; 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB memory; and 500GB or 1TB storage space.

• HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook. Powered by an Intel Celeron processor, with a 6GB SSD hard drive and a 2GB memory, it boasts a 14-inch display and is preloaded with Google Chrome operating system.

Both the Toshiba Satellite U845t and HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook are also included in Digital Trend’s list of best budget laptops. There are five others, namely: Acer C720P-2600; Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14; Acer Aspire E1; Lenovo Yoga 2 (11-inch); and Toshiba Satellite Click.

Just remember, if you’re planning to purchase a laptop, be diligent in researching. Compare not only prices but also the specifications, and make sure to read multiple reviews from different reliable tech magazines. If you can, visit stores personally to try out the different makes and models. This will help you land on the laptop best-suited for your needs.
